30-Day Value Guarantee
If you purchase the system and do not find it valuable for your needs, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

- Your full name
- The email address and phone number used at checkout
- Your order number, if available
- A short note explaining your request
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days after approval for your payment provider or bank to process and display the refund.
Digital Access After a Refund
If a refund is approved, your license to use, download, share, or distribute THE GRIT-ENGINE materials ends immediately.
You must stop using the refunded digital materials and delete downloaded copies from your devices and storage locations.
Situations We Cannot Cover
Refunds might not be available when:
- The refund request is made more than 30 days after purchase.
- The product was obtained through unauthorized sharing, resale, fraud, or a chargeback-related dispute.
- There is evidence of misuse, unlawful copying, redistribution, or commercial resale of the materials.
